All Timber Pizza Company Locations will participate in our Back-to-School campaign, donating supplies to organizations supporting students and teachers in our markets.

TIMBER PIZZA CO. SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE & RAFFLE OFFICIAL RULES & DISCLOSURE
1. Donation Required for Entry:
To participate in this raffle and be eligible to win, participants must donate new, unused school supplies at a participating Timber Pizza Company location during the designated drive period. Making a donation is a strict requirement for entry.
2. Eligibility:
The Raffle is open to all guests. Employees of Timber Pizza Company, its franchisees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
3. How to Enter:
Drop off new, unused school supplies at the designated collection bin at participating Timber Pizza locations during normal business hours. For every eligible donation item or designated bundle received, you will be granted one (1) raffle entry. Legibly complete the provided entry form at the time of donation and submit it to a team member.
4. Prize & Odds:
The prize consists of a custom Timber Lunch Box. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitutions or exchanges are permitted. Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible donation entries received during the drive period.
5. Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be selected via a random drawing held on or about August 10th, 17th, 24th and September 1st. The winner will be notified using the email address or phone number provided on the entry form. If the selected winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of the initial notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Publicity Release:
By participating, the winner grants Timber Pizza Company the absolute right to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional and marketing purposes in connection with this community drive without further compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law.
7. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, all participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Timber Pizza Company, its franchisees, corporate officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this raffle or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any awarded prize. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
